CLIENT POLICIES
Clear expectations help us care for everyone fairly.
Please review these policies before booking. They explain how we protect appointment time, privacy, communication, and a consistent experience for every client.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation and rescheduling
Please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. With enough notice, your deposit may be moved once to a new appointment or refunded when requested. Changes made with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service fee, with your deposit applied to that amount. A missed appointment is charged the full service fee. If Afiyah cancels, you will not be charged and any payment may be refunded or transferred. Documented emergencies and exceptional hardships may be considered individually.
ARRIVAL
Late arrivals
If your forms are not finished, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten your visit or require rescheduling so another client is not kept waiting. The scheduled fee may still apply.
PAYMENT
Payment and insurance
Afiyah is a private-pay practice, and payment is due at the time of service. Secure card payments are handled through CharmHealth. Afiyah does not bill insurance. Your HSA or FSA plan may reimburse eligible services, but coverage depends on your plan and cannot be guaranteed.
